The Stamford Central School community took time to celebrate Kathy Sutton, beloved bus driver, who celebrates 52 years at the school. The students, teachers, administration and Board of Education President and Vice President, as well as family, friends, and former co-workers were in attendance.
On this day, April 10, 1972, Mrs. Sutton started her career here at SCS. Today marks her 52nd year of dedication and commitment to Stamford Central School. During the past 52 years, Kathy has served as a custodian, has assisted in the Main Office, was a classroom aide, and is of course a much-loved bus driver.
Thank you for your dedication to our school and our students, always going above and beyond to keep our kids safe. You are a positive role model to both your students and coworkers!!!! Your hard work and dedication have influenced many lives.
